I have been reading through the bible and realized that Mount Moriah and Mount Zion are the same. It seems that Jerusalem and the Temple Mount (Zion) are always in the news and that it is a point of primary contention in the world. Although significant events occurred there in the past, as a Christian why does Zion matter to me today?
