What is “The Everlasting Covenant” of Isaiah 24:5?

Isaiah 24:5 says, “The earth is also defiled under its inhabitants, Because they have transgressed the laws, Changed the ordinance, Broken the everlasting covenant.” (NKJV)
I would like to know when it mentions, “Because they have transgressed the laws,” is this speaking of Torah? When it says, “Changed the ordinance,” is this perhaps Shabbat being changed to Sunday by the Catholic church or something else? And finally, what is “the everlasting covenant?”
