What is the Difference Between the Christian and Jewish Perspectives of Isaiah Chapter Seven?

I saw a Rabbi on YouTube making an argument that the child mentioned in Isaiah 7:14 is not in-fact Jesus and that the prophet was referring to a child that would be born during the time of King Ahaz.
Also he said that the word in Hebrew that is used for virgin does not mean “virgin,” but that it refers to a young girl. Can you clear this up?
